Stick with me in the comparison… if you’re a true oiler, you can tell the difference between real oils and fake oils. You know that diffusing real, pure oils in your home will bless anyone coming into your home. You also know that diffusing fake/altered oils can actually be harmful to those that come in contact with them because they have chemicals hiding behind the label.

It’s so similar with our Christian walk. If we are abiding in Christ, full of the Holy Spirit, we are going to overflow and diffuse the fragrance of Christ to those around us. We will bless those in our home and anyone we are around because we have the one true God living within us, overflowing out of us. But if we are pretending, faking our relationship with God, living in the flesh while professing to be full of the Spirit, it can actually bring more harm to others because we end up misrepresenting who God actually is.

Moses, who God Himself said was the meekest man in the world, wasn’t allowed to enter the promised land because he misrepresented God to the people. It was one time. That’s how serious God takes it.

Seek after and pursue His presence daily by getting and remaining in the word of God. Read it, listen to it, soak your mind in it and it will powerfully overflow and BLESS you, your children, your home and future generations. As a mother, I’m discipling my children to be sent out into the world as missionaries to impact the world for the glory of God.

Let’s be bold women, UNASHAMED OF THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST, that seek the Lord above everything else and that diffuse the right Spirit to the world around us.

Revival starts in the home with mothers on their knees on behalf of their children, seeking the face of Jesus and changing this world from homes to hilltops in Jesus’ name.

“Our lives are a Christ-like fragrance rising up to God. But this fragrance is perceived differently by those who are being saved and by those who are perishing.” 2 Corinthians 2:15

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.” Romans 1:16
