The Power of Prayer

 

The power of a mother's prayers for her children will change generations to come. I believe that we need to be aware and alert and intentional in daily prayers for our children and to speak God's Word over them consistently.

I've again and again been woken in the night, full of words and things on my heart from the Lord and my time with Him. Last night I was writing things down about prayers over my children and wanting to pray like Jesus did for His disciples...

"And the Lord said, 'Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.'” Luke 22:31-32

"I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one." John 17:15
